Does the Journey Au charge placement or finder fees?

Nope! We do not charge any additional fees for matching your family up with one of our nannies or support workers.

Do you offer any discounts if we access more than one of your services?

Certainly! We can offer you a tailored pricing package dependent on your needs and service requirements if you are looking to book us in for more than 1 of our services. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss a service package.

Is the Journey Au an agency?

We do operate as an agency but unlike other agencies, we manage all of our clients schedules and are responsible for the ongoing communication between you, your nanny/support worker, and us (the Journey Au). We also provide our workers with remote and in-person training, professional development opportunities and ongoing support. Supplies and uniforms are provided for our cleaners and housekeepers.
